Mission. WAKE TSI was formed to deliver innovative, cost-effective information technology services to client organizations.

Vision. WAKE TSI desires to expand its client base and national profile and become the go-to firm for architecture and engineering projects.

Values. Warren Buffett famously noted that “Price is what you pay. Value is what you get.” Our clients receive ongoing value from the work we do because of the values that guide our business practices.

1. Team We have an exceptionally strong team of senior consultants with exceptionally strong interpersonal skills. We recognize that in order to be successful in our client work, we need to work with—not around—the appropriate staff members and executives of the client organization. Our clients view us as extended members of their teams, and that’s exactly how we prefer to work.
2. Innovation One of the reasons we consistently save clients money is our openness to solving problems in different and creative ways. We’re not satisfied to design a solution that only meets today’s need; we think it’s important to consider how that solution will position the organization 3-5 years down the road.
3. Results We’re strong strategists and tacticians, but that’s not why 90% of clients ask us back for multiple engagements. We’re asked to take on additional projects because we deliver quantifiable results and savings to our clients.
